This policy governs all purchases of Stonkonator's Letter System, a digital course delivered via TalentLMS. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this course, all sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed and your course access has been granted, we do not offer refunds.
This is a digital product. Upon successful payment, you receive full, immediate access to the course content. Because the content cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds once access has been delivered.
We strongly encourage you to review all available information about the course - including the description, claims, and pricing - before completing your purchase.
A refund may be issued at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
Access Not Delivered: If your TalentLMS account credentials were never delivered within 7 business days of purchase and you have contacted us without resolution, a full refund will be issued.
To request a review under either exception, contact us at the email listed below with your payment confirmation ID and a description of the issue.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with full transaction records, including payment confirmation, IP address, and any course access logs.
In addition, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge to your account no greater than the cost we incur by Stripe for the chargeback that you initiate.
We take disputes seriously and will cooperate fully with Stripe and your financial institution during any investigation.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it directly and promptly.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions.
