You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Stonkonator. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your access.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing cycles, features, and limits may be shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue a paid plan.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may use payment-provider information to determine subscription status and access. Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy.
Stonkonator may provide signals, confidence scores, momentum estimates, news sentiment, screeners, charts, options data, Max Pain calculations, technical indicators, educational content, and other market-related outputs. These outputs may be automated, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or wrong. They are not guarantees, recommendations, or instructions.
Use of Stonkonator does not create an investment adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, broker-dealer relationship, or professional advisory relationship. We do not execute trades, hold custody of assets, manage portfolios, or make decisions for you.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, or services. Third-party data may be delayed, limited, incorrect, or unavailable.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Stonkonator at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, model, data source, or plan.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay fees, abused the platform, or used Stonkonator unlawfully. You may stop using Stonkonator at any time.
Stonkonator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, profitability, or suitability for any trading or investment strategy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spoken Inference Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Stonkonator, your financial decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
